Meet Coach Coolie

My love for fitness began with my passion for sports and being part of a team. Competing and staying active have always been a big part of my life, but my true passion for training started when I needed help achieving my own physical goals. With the support of my trainer—who was also my best friend—I not only transformed my body but also my mindset. The confidence and mental strength I gained changed my life, and I knew I wanted to help others experience that same growth.

Since 2015, I’ve been coaching clients both online and in person, earning certifications from NASM and ISSA. My approach goes beyond physical results; I aim to guide you through a mental shift that builds confidence, resilience, and a mindset focused on growth.
